It is clear that "the current economical environment has triggered great shifts" (Petkov, 21) that coincide with the way we must recreate our accounting system. This kind of growing need for capacity of accounting information commences with boosting our education. The skills we learn through changing curricula, both in an institutional and work setting, will allow us to be better prepared for unexpected situations that comes in a globalized business world. Main issues to discuss through globalization's impact is the duty system. Considering the many different needs of sociable programs from country to country, the tax rates would have to in order to support the several priorities per nation. As well, the income gaps and levels will range considerably and would require reorganization, rearrangement, reshuffling to avoid any terrible situations for making this change (Petkov, 24). As accountancy firm, our education would need to support the necessary actions to enact an universal tax system. The most largely talked about topic is the dissimilarities between IFRS and GAAP. Since these two systems are being used to produce financial statements for large businesses, we have to be able to compare and hook up the information internationally. Many believe we must "end up with one common system of regulation, auditing, and accounting" to effectively use globalization to support our economies ("Globalization's Impact on Accounting Education"). Additionally, changes happen within both IFRS and GAAP yearly. Globalization needs that individuals learn how to interact with foreign clients and expand our capacity to represent companies surrounding the world. As accountants, we will converse with clients each and every day. Many of our partners in businesses will be leading companies in foreign nations using IFRS, while our nation proceeds through GAAP. In addition to we have to understand their culture to have positive interactions, but we need to be able to effectively compare their assertions with our own. We all need to understand their way of cooperating with the other person to avoid unawareness and continue to build strong relationships for the future. In reference our courses, the education system must commence to integrate ways to train both IFRS and GAAP. Through these actions, undergraduate and graduate student programs can be certain they are preparing future data files for the various sudden situations of a global market. Before globalization became a goal for several businesses, accounting students only acquired to undergo education for the accounting system of the nation they lived in. We now need to acquire skills to "possess a complete and brilliant understanding of the international financial and tax structure which undoubtedly becomes tougher" ("How Does Globalization Impact Accounting Education? ").
